RFC Partners With The Road To Bogota

We are excited at Relationships for Christ Ministries, Inc. to announce that Chris Poole of The Road To Bogota Ministries will be joining the RFC team! I have watched as this young man went to the mission field and discovered his call to missions ministry. Now we get to be a part of what God is doing in his life as we work in ministry together in the nation of Columbia.
In June 2011, Chris was invited by a family friend to Colombia for a missions trip serving children at an orphanage in Bogota. He spent 10 days working with orphaned children and after the first few days knew his life would be changed forever.
After returning to Columbia full time, Chris has worked to bring hope to the children of Columbia through our Savior Jesus Christ. Chris believes that, “Although I cannot personally father and love them all I can bring them to know someone that can; someone that can give them closure, hope, love, strength, peace, and rest.” Currently The Road to Bogota ministers to the children of Fundacion para un Mundo Nuevo (Foundation for a New World). FMN operates 5 children's homes that house abandoned or at risk children in the heart of Colombia.

Our Vision
The Road To Bogota is a ministry that serves the needs of abandoned or at risk children in the heart of Colombia. Currently The Road to Bogota operates in Bogota, Colombia ministering to the children of Fundacion para un Mundo Nuevo (Foundation for a New World).
Our goal here is to pave the road for Christ to freely enter the lives of these children through discipleship. For many of the children we serve, just our constant presence allows them to see the love of Christ.
Our Ministries:
- Bible studies and children's worship services
- Educational support and English as a second language classes
- Child mentor, youth and sports programs
